At Joat Realty, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent process for all our customers. Below are the details of our refund policy for land purchases, whether on a subscription basis or through outright sale.
1. Subscription-Based Land Purchases
For purchases made on a subscription basis, the following conditions apply:
- Customers have the option to request a refund within the first 90 days of their subscription.
- After 90 days from the start of the subscription, no refunds will be issued.
- Any refund requests within the 90-day period must be submitted in writing, accompanied by the original purchase agreement.
2. Outright Land Purchases (Full Payment)
For lands purchased through full payment (outright sale), the refund policy is as follows:
- A full refund can be requested within 30 days of the purchase, provided that a site inspection has been conducted.
- Refunds will only be processed after the land has been inspected by the buyer.
- Requests made after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
3. General Conditions
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used by the customer.
- Joat Realty reserves the right to deduct any administrative or processing fees from the refunded amount, where applicable.
